FORMULATION OF COMPLAINTS AND REPORTS UNDER ISO 9001, ISO 37001 AND SA8000

Comments, recommendations, reports or complaints regarding the Code of Ethics, “Quality, Safety, Environment and Anti-Corruption Policy,” “Social Responsibility Policy,” workplaces and nonconformities for ISO 9001 (Quality) and ISO 37001 (Prevention of Corruption) standards and the SA8000 (Social Responsibility) standard can be promptly made by sending – even anonymously – an e-mail message by filling out the form below. A confidential, impartial, nonretaliatory, accessible and always available procedure is implemented to ensure this power for interested parties. The Quality Manager, the Management Representative for Social Responsibility or the Compliance Function for Prevention of Corruption, to the extent of their respective responsibilities, shall take action within 30 days in this regard and provide appropriate feedback.
