Quality approvals and certifications
The quality of LEM's business organization, environmental management and process sustainability is guaranteed by the following certifications
LEM is registered with the National Register of Environmental Managers of the Ministry of the Environment in the following categories and classes:
Category 1
Collection and transportation of municipal and assimilated waste Class B
Category 4
Collection and transportation of special non-hazardous waste Class C
Category 5
Collection and transportation of hazardous waste Class D
Category 8
Brokering and trading of waste without holding Class F
LEM is registered by the National Consortium for the Collection and Treatment of Used Vegetable and Animal Oils and Fats and is authorized to store them.
LEM holds all necessary permits for the collection and transportation of animal by-products of category 1, 2, 3, according to Regulation No. 1069 of the Parliament and the Council of the European Union of October 21, 2009 on “Health rules concerning animal by-products and derived products not intended for consumption.”
